Experienced Delivery Lead and Agile Coach
With over twenty years of experience in the software development sector, Melinda has spent the last twelve years working in, and across, agile teams and environments and is experienced with frameworks and tools including Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP, Nexus, LeSS and recently SAFe, in sectors including education, local authority, engineering, financial, digital agencies and government.
Melinda holds a Professional Scrum Master I Accreditation and Certified LeSS Practioner I Accreditation. As an Agile Advocate, coach and mentor, Melinda is a member, active participant, and occasional speaker/presenter at a number of current and past user groups including Telford Agile, Agile Staffordshire, Staffordshire BCS, West Midlands Java User Group, Shropshire .NET, Heart of England Scrum and Birmingham Scrum Masters.
Backend and Frontend Developer
Chris's experience as a developer spans over two decades, mostly on a Microsoft stack covering web, mobile and Windows applications. He has worked in a variety of teams and organisations, designing, architecting, developing and supporting applications in a mix of agile and waterfall environments spanning all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Recent work includes the Birmingham City University website and in-house CMS, with past work including umbraco sites for Birmingham Airport, Tarmac, Xercise4Less, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Jaguar Land Rover & MAN Trucks, and web applications for Staffordshire County Council and Staffordshire University.
Melinda
Providing freelance agile consultancy, coaching, support and mentoring with 12 years experience in agile environments across multiple sectors in roles including scrum master, delivery lead and agile coach. Specialist in agile delivery with a pragmatic and empathetic approach.
I believe that the aim of any leader is to create the environment where everyone in an organisation or user of a service or product is able to become awesome.

Chris
A highly experienced backend software developer with front-end development experience as well, Chris has worked in education, marketing, defense and public sector in both small and large organisations. Primarily a C# Developer working on a Microsoft stack for both web and Windows he has many years of recent experience in Content Management Systems such as Umbraco and other bespoke systems.
Chris has worked for Birmingham City University, Connect Advertising and Marketing (now part of ITG), Cardroom Enterprises Ltd, Greenhous Technical Services, LSC Group (now part of Babcock International Group), and Tribal Asset Management (part of Tribal Group) amongst others.
